Now here is the first product review:
JENNIE-O
Now I know mostly everyone has heard of Jennie-O products. If you are like my family, we love the products. I actually love to experiment on creating new recipes. So, I will be sharing my own, created recipe that I came up with and my family loves. I also will add a couple of other ideas on how to use some of these products. So make sure you keep reading.
Let me tell you the first time I actually used and tasted this I was surprised. I had never had lean ground turkey, it was always hamburg. This has a awesome taste to it and not all that fat when you fry it.
You are able to make anything and everything with this. You can replace your hamburg with this and it will be more healthy. My children love this.
There are a variety of different turkey sausages, but this one is my favorite. I am unable to eat spicy or hot food, so this sweet Italian turkey sausage is absolutely mouth watering good.
You are able to use these in almost any food. They make a great taste in spaghetti sauce or with green and red peppers in a bun. That is my family's favorite way to eat them.
Jennie-O have so many other great products beside these two. They have the turkey franks, turkey bacon, breakfast sausage, turkey meatballs and etc. You should really go and check out all the awesome products that they have.
RECIPES:
White Turkey Chili
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 small white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (32-ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth
2 (15.5-ounce) cans white beans, rinsed and drained
1 (29-ounce) can hominy
2 Serrano peppers, minced
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
cilantro, if desired
Directions
Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until onion is softened, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken broth, white beans, hominy, peppers, cumin, coriander, salt and white pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cream. Serve topped with cheese and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
Pasta with Pumpkin & Turkey Sausage
Ingredients
1 (19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 bay leaf
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 (14 ½-ounce) can pumpkin
½ cup heavy cream
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pound penne rigate, cooked al dente, drained
grated Parmesan cheese and sage leaves, if desired
Directions
Cook sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Slice sausage into ¼-inch slices and set aside.
In skillet, add oil, garlic and onion; sauté 3 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add bay leaf and wine. Cook until wine reduces by half; about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and pumpkin; cook, stirring, until sauce bubbles. Add sausage and reduce heat and stir in cream. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes to thicken sauce.
Place cooked penne rigate in large pot or saucepan. Remove bay leaf from sauce and pour sauce over pasta. Toss together over low heat 1 minute. Garnish with grated cheese and sage leaves, if desired.
Now these are two of my recipes that I like to make for my family. The other one I make all the time is the sausage with peppers and onions, which is very easy to figure it out. You fry them all together and place in a bun and enjoy. See told you very easy Make sure you come back and let me know what you thought about any of the products from Jennie-O. I would love to hear your input!
One last thing I want to share with my readers. You really should come and grab yourself some coupons to use on your next purchase of Jennie-O products. What are you waiting for....click HERE!

AQUA BALL REVIEW
Let me introduce you to this amazing AquaBall Water. I personally had never heard of this before. I was amazed that this was out there and I didn't know. Well I was lucky enough to find this great product to post in my Food Journal Guide. There are actually have four different flavors. These flavors are grape, berry frost, fruit punch and orange. Each and every flavor has a different character from different shows. I will list them all below.
Berry Frost
AquaBall Berry Frost is naturally flavored and features Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Sven from Disney’s Frozen.
Fruit Punch
AquaBall Fruit Punch is naturally flavored and features Disney Princesses Ariel, Rapunzel, Cinderella and Belle.
Grape
AquaBall Grape is naturally flavored and features Marvel Avengers Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk and Avengers Assemble.
Orange
AquaBall Orange is naturally flavored and features Disney’s Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck.
We set out to create a water-based drink for kids that supplies a good source of Vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12 and C. We knew that kids need a drink that is sugar-free, does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup and is not filled with artificial colors or flavors.
AquaBall became that drink, created with the sole purpose of empowering moms! We believe that moms will always make the best nutritional decisions for their children, and AquaBall is a healthy and nutritious way for your children to hydrate and have fun!
MY PERSONAL REVIEW:
I can honestly say I tried these AquaBall Waters and I loved it. I have tried other flavored watered but really didn't care for it. This water tastes really clean, smooth and the flavor isn't overwhelming. The water is very clear and so smooth tasting when it is going down. My children love drinking these and no more fighting with them to drink their water. The bottles are just the right size and very decorative. My daughter is keeping one of each character. She actually had my husband make a shelf for her room and she has them all lined up.
Grab your family some to try right HERE!
