I know the first words for many of you are, " What the heck is shure se425?"  Now let me introduce you to the shure se425. 

The Shure SE425 Sound Isolating Earphones feature Dual High-Definition MicroDrivers and a dedicated tweeter and woofer to create true and balanced sound. Comfortable sound isolating sleeves offer up to 37 dB of isolation from ambient noise whether on-the-go or onstage. Since a proper seal is critical to optimizing sound isolation and bass response, the SE425 Fit Kit includes three sizes (S, M, L,) of the flex and black foam sleeves, 1 pair of triple flange and 1 pair of universal fit yellow foam sleeves. Store and travel with the sturdy and compact carrying case which is included with the Shure SE425. Also included is a 1/8 (3.5mm) to ¼ converter as a solution to applications offering a ¼ jack.

MY OPINION:

I want to share with you what I thought of the product and my friend's husband thought of it.  This is great for Stage and excellent for backing tracks ....also keeps outside noise out.  I personally received great service and fast delivery from Musician Friends.  These are aA great pair of headphones. Isolation is awesome. I have used these with my iPod while running my vacuum, lawn mower and etc  I cannot hear the machines at all. Great true sound quality.
